On
March 31, 1988, Troop 17 was formed and chartered. The Jamestown United Methodist Church in Jamestown, North Carolina
is their charter organization. The troop has grown from a small group to over 40 adult leaders and Scouts.
Troop 17 meets every Tuesday night at Jamestown United Methodist Church from 7:00 PM to 8:30PM. They meet in the
Scout Hut located at the back of the church building. The address is 403 East Main Street, Jamestown, North Carolina,
